Residential
Quality workmanship in all domestic installations whether a new build or renovation. We can ensure your home meets regulatory requirements for safety switches and smoke alarms. Both of these save lives. Ensure the people you love the most are protected by safety switches on all circuits and interconnected smoke alarms.
Commercial
Highly experienced in commercial installations including shop fit outs, tenancy fit outs, maintenance and compliance. Sectors include banks, childcare and schools. We install all lighting systems, power and data requirements. Additional commercial services includes LED upgrades, exit and emergency periodic testing, E & E repairs, RCD testing, test and tagging and thermoscanning.
Landlord & Body Corporate Compliance
We can aid Landlords and Body Corporates to ensure the building and individual apartments are electrically safe and meet regulatory standards. Experience includes a 27 story building with 150 apartments and a student accommodation complex with three buildings of 100 apartments.
Industrial
We can assist with maintenance requirements in industrial settings and warehouse lighting and power expansion and upgrades.
Commercial Air Conditioning
Installation of interconnect cabling, power and control wiring for commercial air conditioning. Experience includes cinemas, bowling alley, industrial sheds, commercial premises and schools.
Data
Installation of all data requirements for both residential and commercial properties including basic requirements through to large communications infrastructure.
